I enjoy many hobbies! I have been playing the guitar since I was 14 years old. I love the Beatles. I also enjoy Japanese Tokusatsu films, especially the Godzilla series. I also enjoy cooking and traveling with my wife.

I was a social studies teacher in the U.S., so I know a lot about history, geography, and other related topics. I love learning about culture and sharing my knowledge and experiences with others.

私はアメリカにある中学・高校で社会科の教師をしていたので、歴史や地理、その他関連するトピックについて詳しいです。文化について学び、自分の知識や経験を他の人と共有することが好きです。

I came to Japan in 2017 with almost no language ability, but with the help and kindness of others, I was able to find my way. I understand how daunting another language can be as a beginner, so I am patient and considerate of others' challenges and concerns.

私は2017年にほとんど日本語がわからない状態で来日しましたが、周囲の方の優しさに支えられ、自分の道を切り開くことができました。別の言語の習得は、初心者にとってどれほど大変なものであるか理解しているので、私は辛抱強く、他の人の挑戦を応援することができます。

I was in Boy Scouts for most of my youth, so my motto has always been to "be prepared," as you never know what opportunity may come your way in life. Additionally, let's make the most of every day!
